Is there really no traffic quota, or is there fine print?
There really is no quota. The 25 Gbps port is dedicated to your server and isn't shared with other customers. There's no billing per TB, no overage charges, and we don't limit your speed based on the volume you use. As with any serious provider, the acceptable use terms do apply.
How long does delivery take?
Catalog servers are preinstalled and delivery is instant: as soon as the order is confirmed, they become available with their access credentials — zero hours of waiting. If you change the preinstalled operating system or need a custom configuration (different CPU, more RAM, other drives), typical turnaround is 24 to 72 hours, and we'll give you timing and pricing before you commit to anything.
What hardware is behind this?
The entire range is enterprise Dell PowerEdge (R640, R740xd series and above) with Intel Xeon Scalable or AMD EPYC CPUs, ECC memory and enterprise SAS/SSD/NVMe drives. Serious datacenter hardware, not repurposed consumer gear.
How do I manage the server?
You get full control: root access via SSH and installation of any operating system you want. Hardware-level management (remote console, reboots, monitoring) is available via Dell iDRAC. And our support team helps you with whatever you need.
Is there a lock-in or setup fee?
No setup fee. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime once the first cycle is complete.
